Terms Of Services

Please read these carefully before purchasing. By adopting one of my characters, you confirm that you accept these terms.

✨ General Information
• These TOS apply to all of my adoptables.
• I do not accept refunds or returns of the character.
• The character will be delivered once payment is completed.
• Delivery via Gmail or Toyhouse (preferred).

📥 Holds and Payment Plans
• Holds of up to one week: no extra charge.
• Holds from 2 to 4 weeks: + $5 USD.
• Payment plans are available starting from $50 USD: + $5 USD service fee.

🎨 Use and Edits
• You are free to make any changes to the character and no permission is needed.
• However, you must credit me as the original artist and any base creators used.
• Some bases do not allow physical merchandise. If so, this will be specified in the adoption post.

🔖 Transfers
• You may gift or trade the character freely.
• You may only resell the character if it has at least two extra pieces of art (sketches do not count).
• Reselling via auction is not allowed.
• In any case (gifting, trading or reselling), you must notify me of the new owner.

💼 Commercial use
• Commercial use is not included in the base price. To obtain commercial rights:
- Purchase the adopt at AB, or pay double the original price.• With commercial use, you may:
- Resell at a set price without additional artwork.
- You may also use the character for Vtubers, merchandise, stickers, physical products, and others.

⚠️Warning: If the base used prohibits physical merchandise, you must create your own art or commission new art of the character before using it commercially. This will be specified for the adoptables it applies to.

🤝 Adoptables Received by Art Trades
• When trading for art, you will have 2 weeks to deliver your part. If not, the character will become available again without notice.
• Adoptables traded for art are for personal use only. Commercial use must be purchased separately.
• The same rules apply to gifting and trading.
• To resell, the character must have at least 2 extra commissioned artworks and must reflect the value of the art you gave me. Please do not inflate the price or auction it.
• You must always credit me and the base artists involved.

🎁 Adoptables Received as a Gift
• Strictly for personal use only.
• The same rules apply to gifting and trading, You can't resell it.
• You must always credit me and the base artists involved.

• The people on this list are not allowed to buy or obtain any character or artwork made by me:
